Attention All Latin Students (SALVETE)!

Would you like to speak Latin over a gourmet Pizza dinner?  Sure, we all would.  And Thursday night before the big test, you can!  This Thursday will mark the date of our first CENA LATINA (That’s Latin Dinner for all you Illiterati out there).  Show up at my house at 7pm for pizza, hang out, and some good LATIN conversation.  That’s right, the only rule is that you must speak in toto latine.    If you’ve got any questions, give me a call (415.259.9553) or drop me an email (helmstreet@hotmail.com).  Also of note (NOTANDUM ETIAM) is the website, http://helmstreet.tripod.com/latin, is back up and running, so check it out for homework etc.  Directions to my house are included below.  My mother (a pseudo-Latin speaker in her own right) will be chaperoning with me.  Hope to see you there…(oh yeah, and did I mention there’s extra credit involved…?).

                                       Valete,

                                       Magister Helms
